Joyce Elsen, a volunteer at Ruth’s House for the past twelve years, was nominated by Ruth Hickey, Executive Director of Ruth’s House, to receive the Faribault Exchange Club’s Book of Golden Deeds award. Elsen who also serves on the Ruth’s House Board of Directors received the award on May 8, 2018 in recognition for her work at Ruth’s House as well as other community volunteer activities.
