We want to give a BIG THANKS to our volunteers this past month – Our Savior’s Church, The Knights of Columbus, Prairie Creek Charter School’s Raising Hands club, Pathways to Life Transition Camp and many more!

Our Savior’s Lutheran Church decorated and filled healthy snack bags for all of the kids in the shelter. They decorated brown paper bags with their drawings and designs and filled them with healthy snacks! Thank you Our Savior’s Lutheran Church!

Last month, seven members of the 4th Degree of the Knights of Columbus spent several days taking stock of the donated furniture and household items. They hauled off broken items and took inventory of the remaining items. In addition, they organized the garage so that we can better serve our residents and provide them with furniture items they need to begin their new lives.

The girls from Prairie Creek Charter School’s Raising Hands Club sent us a very generous donation out of the blue! They sent books, games, socks, and a sweet letter.

Pathways to Life Transition Camp came to Ruth’s House to help us with lawn care! Our yard looks AMAZING thanks to their hard work! Thank you Camp Vols!!
