Board Member Heather Robins and Program Manager Jennifer Sorg met with State Representative Brian Daniels at the statehouse last week to share about programming and services provided at Ruth’s House. This was a fantastic opportunity to share ideas for future funding and legislation opportunities.

Last year the Faribault Lakelanders Chorus donated $44,500 to the “Hope” causes–Ruth’s House of Hope, the HOPE Center, and Whispers of Hope. Their generosity to the community was recognized at a recent competition in which they earned champion awards. “Read all about it” in this article in the Faribault Daily News.
Sounding Hope: Ruth’s House and the St. Olaf Manitou Singers

The St. Olaf Manitou Singers and Ruth’s House came together for a performance called Sounding Hope during a chapel service at Boe Chapel on campus on Sunday, February 11th.
